EasyEstateManager is operated by Arthur Costa, trading as EasyEstateManager, registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the EasyEstateManager platform.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Early-access applications: Name, email, role, market, portfolio size and team size, plus — if you take the fit quiz — your quiz answers and an optional phone number. We use these to assess fit, review your application and contact you about access. If you tick the optional updates box, we also email you occasional product news; you can unsubscribe at any time, and we never send marketing email without that opt-in. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Records are stored privately in Supabase; contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
• Account data: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
• Website analytics: This early-access website currently has no active analytics or advertising trackers.
• Property data: Property addresses, tenancy details, maintenance records, and financial records that you input into the platform.
• Communications: Emails and messages you send to our support team.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve the EasyEstateManager platform.
• To send you service-related communications (account updates, security alerts).
• To respond to your support requests.
• To review early-access applications and contact selected applicants about access.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow you to reactivate your account, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

• Payment processors: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store card details.
