Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyEstateManager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Service

EasyEstateManager provides property management software for UK landlords, letting agents, and HMO managers. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are an early-stage product and we are transparent about that — features may change, and we will communicate significant changes in advance.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any UK law or regulation.
• Store or process data belonging to others without their consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate property management.

5. Compliance Information

EasyEstateManager provides tools to help you track compliance deadlines (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR, deposit protection, etc.). However, we are not a legal or compliance advisory service. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your properties comply with all applicable UK legislation. The compliance dashboard is a tracking tool, not legal advice.

6. Pricing and Payment

Subscription pricing is as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Founding member pricing, where offered, is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service, for any reason, within the trial period. After the trial period, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email [email protected].

8. Your Data

You own all data you input into EasyEstateManager. We do not sell your data. You can export all your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, EasyEstateManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
