Why I Built This
I was managing my own properties alongside a full-time job. Every evening was maintenance calls, WhatsApp messages from tenants, and spreadsheets that never quite added up. I missed a compliance deadline once — not because I didn't care, but because I had no system to catch it.
I looked at the tools on the market. They were either built for large agencies (expensive, overcomplicated, and clearly designed by people who'd never actually managed a property) or so basic they were just digital spreadsheets with a logo on them.
So I built EasyEstateManager. Not as a startup idea — as a tool I actually needed. It's still early, and I'm still building it. But the core is working, and I'm looking for property managers who want to help shape what it becomes.
